Led by the University of Dubrovnik (UNIDU), this framework transforms how partner higher education institutions manage community and public outreach. It targets the university's "Third Mission," shifting fragmented local initiatives into deeply embedded, structured institutional governance. The roadmap delivers essential staff training and introduces operational tools like CSR guidelines and stakeholder mapping frameworks. Crucially, this strategic blueprint permanently weaves green development along with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into everyday university operations.

September 10, 2026 Sustain Project Team Convenes Virtual Online Meeting to Advance Management Operations and Technical Blueprint Sustain project partners gathered virtually for a strategic project meeting focused on administrative performance, financial review, and key operational planning.
